Privacy Policy
MarketPulse runs in your browser, inside your own MLS access. That one fact shapes everything below: your MLS passwords, your sellers' details, and the reports themselves never come to us. This page says exactly what does.
- We collect what it takes to bill you and to keep your subscription working: your name, your email, and a count of the reports you run. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- We also keep the day you first signed in, the day you last signed in, how many different days you've been active, and how many times you've used each tool. We use it to support your account and improve the product. We never record which listing you're working on.
- Your MLS and showing-service passwords stay with you. We never ask for them and never receive them.
- Your sellers' names, emails, and reports stay in your browser, on your own computer. We never receive them either.
- The app sends listing photos and details to our AI service to grade comps. We do not keep them after the answer comes back.
- No advertising trackers. No analytics scripts. No selling of data, ever.

1. Who we are
MarketPulse is made by Command Module. We are the controller of the small amount of personal data described here. You can reach us at support@commandmodule.com or by phone at (817) 516-4400.
2. What we collect, and why
When you subscribe
Checkout runs on Stripe's pages, not ours. Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment card. Stripe keeps the card. We receive your name, your email, and a customer record so we can bill you and issue your license key. The license key is derived from that customer record.
When the app checks your subscription
Before each report, the app asks our server whether your subscription is active. That request carries your license key and nothing about the listing. The server answers with a signed token the app can trust for 72 hours if it goes offline.
When a report finishes
The app tells our server that one report was completed, so we can keep your report count. That message carries your license key, a report id, and the AI usage for that report. It does not carry the address, the comps, or the email.
When you sign in and use the app
When the app checks your subscription, we may record the day, so we can tell whether an account is active and help you if something goes wrong. We keep the day you first signed in, the day you last signed in, and how many different days you've been active. We also keep a running count of how many times you've used each tool in the app, such as the seller report or the listing flyer. This lives in our billing provider's customer record. We never record which listing you're working on.
When the app grades comps with AI
To judge whether a comp matches your listing, the app sends that comp's listing photos and its written details through our server to an AI service. It also sends up to 25 of your own listing's photos, once per report, so the AI knows what your seller's home looks like before it grades the comps. Photos are shrunk to a small size first. Our server passes the answer back and does not store the photos, the details, or the answer.
When you put your name on the sample kit
The form on the home page asks for your name, your team, and your email. Your browser keeps those so the sample pages can show your name. We also receive them as a one-line email to our support inbox, when our mail service is turned on. That is how we know you were interested. We do not add you to a mailing list.
When you email us
If you write to support, we keep the conversation in our mailbox so we can help you and remember what we said.
In the normal course of serving pages
Our hosting provider sees your IP address and browser type when it serves a page or an API request, the way every website's host does. We use the IP address only to stop abuse, such as one address hammering the sign-in form. We do not build profiles from it.
3. What we never collect
- Your MLS password and your showing-service password. We never ask for them. The extension works inside the browser where you are already signed in, so there is nothing for us to store. They never travel to us.
- Your sellers. Their names, emails, and addresses live in your showing platform and in your browser, on your own computer. We never see who your clients are. The one exception is a text you choose to send from the app. That message and the seller's mobile number pass through our server to the texting provider for delivery. We do not store either.
- The reports. Every report is built and stored in your browser, on your own computer. We have no copy.
- Your comp data. Apart from the AI grading described above, which is not stored, MLS data does not pass through our servers.
4. Where your data lives
| What | Where |
|---|---|
| Your MLS and showing-service passwords | With you. We never ask for them and never hold them |
| Your report history and your client list | Your browser, on your own computer |
| Your branding: logo, headshot, contact details | Your browser, and inside the reports you send |
| Your name, email, subscription, and report count | Stripe, and our server's records |
| Your sign-in dates and how many times you've used each tool | Our server's records, inside your billing provider's customer record |
| Your license key | Your browser, and our server |
| The sample-kit form entries | Your browser, and one email to our support inbox |
| A text you send a seller from the app | Passes through our server to Twilio for delivery. Not stored by us. |
5. The companies we rely on
We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each one receives only what its job needs.
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments and subscriptions | Your name, email, card, sign-in dates, and tool-usage counts. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the card. |
| Vercel | Hosts this website and our small server | Ordinary web traffic, including your IP address |
| OpenRouter and Google | The AI models that grade comps and draft comp descriptions | Listing photos and listing details, for the comps and for your own listing, for the moment it takes to answer |
| Resend | Sends our welcome email, our sign-in and password-reset links, and the sample-kit notice to our own inbox | Your email address and the contents of that email |
| Twilio | Delivers the texts you choose to send sellers from the app | The seller's mobile number and the text, for the moment it takes to deliver. Twilio keeps its own delivery logs under its own privacy policy. |
| Google Fonts | Serves the typefaces on this website | Your browser's request for the font files, including your IP address |
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it with the providers above, and with authorities when the law requires it.
6. Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages.
The browser version of the app, and the sample pages, use your browser's own storage: local storage and the browser's built-in database. It holds things that belong to you: your sign-in, your report history, the name you typed on the sample-kit form, and whether demo mode is on. That storage stays in your browser. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
7. How long we keep things
- Your customer record and billing history stay for as long as you subscribe, and afterward for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- The report count resets each billing month. Past months stay on your invoices.
- Support emails stay in our mailbox until you ask us to delete them.
- Sample-kit form entries stay in our support inbox until you ask us to delete them.
- Photos and details sent for AI grading are not kept at all.
8. Your choices
- See or correct what we hold. Email support@commandmodule.com and we will send you what we have.
- Delete it. Email us. We delete what the law lets us delete, and tell you what we have to keep, such as invoices.
- Cancel. Canceling ends the license checks and the report counting. Everything in your browser stays yours.
- Turn off the sample-kit branding. On the sample pages, choose "Show the original sample". That clears the entry from your browser.
If you live somewhere with specific privacy rights, such as the EU, the UK, or California, those rights apply and the email address above is how you use them.
9. How we protect it
- Your MarketPulse password is kept as a salted hash we cannot read back — never the password itself. Your MLS and showing-service passwords never come to us at all.
- No AI service key ships inside the app. AI requests go through our server, which checks your license first.
- Subscription checks are signed, so a forged answer cannot unlock the app.
- Card numbers never touch our systems. Stripe handles them end to end.
- Our server keeps no database of your reports, so there is no report database to breach.
10. Children
MarketPulse is a business tool for licensed real estate agents. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. For a change that matters, we will also email the address on your account.
