Terms of Service
These are the terms between you, the subscribing agent or team, and Command Module, the maker of MarketPulse. Subscribing means you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
- $49 a month for each agent on your subscription, billed by card through Stripe. Reports are unlimited. There are no per-report charges.
- No free trial. Cancel any time. Canceling stops the next charge, and the current month runs to its end.
- The extension works inside the browser where you are already signed in to your MLS and your showing service. You stay responsible for following their rules.
- Every number in a report comes from the MLS data at the moment the report runs. The AI only writes descriptions, and you read every report before it goes out.
- What the app produces is yours. It carries your name, and what you send your clients is on you.

1. What MarketPulse is
MarketPulse is software for listing agents. It builds a market report for each of your active listings, due on an interval you choose, and a set of marketing pieces around each listing. It runs in your web browser. The seller report runs through a browser extension that is included in your subscription.
MarketPulse is a tool that automates work you are already allowed to do by hand. It is not a data feed, not an MLS, and not a brokerage.
2. Your MLS and showing-service access
The extension works inside the browser where you are already signed in to your MLS and your showing platform. It opens the same screens you would open yourself and reads what they show. It never asks for your passwords and never stores them.
You confirm that you are a licensed agent with the right to use those systems. You also confirm that your MLS's rules and your brokerage's policies allow you to share the resulting comps and photos with your own clients. If your MLS or brokerage restricts that, you are responsible for knowing it. We do not review those rules for you.

3. Your account and license
A subscription is priced per agent. The number of agents on it is the number of people who run reports under it, and you can raise or lower that number at any time from your billing page. Each agent signs in with their own email from any browser — nothing to install beyond the browser extension for seller reports.
You may not share access outside the agents you pay for, resell it, or use one subscription to serve several brokerages. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the software, or try to defeat its license checks.

Stripe handles the card and the invoices. If a payment fails, the app keeps working for seven days while Stripe retries. After that, reports pause until the payment goes through.
Prices can change. If they do, we will email you at least 30 days before your subscription renews at the new price.
5. Canceling
Cancel any time by emailing support@commandmodule.com. Canceling stops the next charge. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and any additional reports from that month appear on the final invoice. We do not refund partial months.
Everything in your browser stays yours after you cancel: your report history, your client list, and every report you have sent.
6. What the app produces
Reports and marketing pieces are built from MLS data and showing data as they stand when the report runs. That data can be incomplete or out of date, and listings change after a report is built.
The numbers in a report — showing counts, days on market, the market snapshot, closed-sale averages, pricing math — are computed by the software from the MLS data. The AI writes the comp descriptions and the short narratives, and it is told never to state a number. Nothing is sent automatically. When you run a single report, the app shows you every comp and every description first. Batch runs use the app's own comp selection. Either way, you read the finished email before you send it.
A suggested price range in a pricing brief is arithmetic on recent closed sales. It is not an appraisal, not a comparative market analysis opinion, and not advice. Your judgment about pricing is yours.
The app produces email text and files. It does not send anything without you. You copy each report into your own email and send it yourself.
7. What stays your responsibility
- What you send. Every report carries your name and your brokerage's. You are the sender, and you are responsible for reading it first.
- Disclosures. Your state and your brokerage may require certain disclosures on marketing pieces. The app gives you space for them. Adding them is up to you.
- Your clients' data. Your sellers' details live in your browser and in your systems. Protecting them there is your job, the same as it is today.
- Your credentials. Your MLS and showing-service sign-ins stay in your own browser; the extension works in the tabs you sign into yourself. Keep your MarketPulse password to yourself, and reset it from the sign-in screen if you think someone else has it. Anything done under your sign-in counts as yours, so do not share it.
8. Availability and changes
MLS systems and showing platforms change their screens without warning, and when they do, a report run can fail until we adjust the app. We fix those quickly, and the fix reaches you the next time you open your dashboard. We do not promise that every run will succeed, or that the service will be available at every moment.
We improve the app over time. Features may be added, changed, or, rarely, removed. If a change takes away something you rely on, tell us and we will work with you.
9. Acceptable use
Use MarketPulse for your own listings and your own clients. Do not use it to pull MLS data beyond what your access allows, to build a data set for resale, to send unsolicited messages, or to misrepresent who sent a report. Do not attempt to overload or interfere with our servers.
We may suspend or end a subscription that breaks these terms. If we do, we will tell you why.
10. Our liability
MarketPulse is provided as it is, without warranties beyond what the law requires. We do not warrant that the data it pulls is complete or accurate, that a run will succeed, or that a report will win or keep a listing.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost commissions, lost listings, or other indirect losses.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both of us agree to that venue.
