I’m Tony Eggleston, and I built this
I run Command Module, a small software studio in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. I built MarketPulse, I still write the code, and I answer the support email. When you call (817) 516-4400, you get me.
You will not be handed to a sales rep or dropped into a ticket queue. If something in your report looks wrong, the person you are talking to is the one who can fix it that day.
Why I built it
A seller almost never fires an agent over the price. They fire the silence. Weeks go by, the phone stays quiet, and they start telling themselves a story where you forgot about them.
Most agents know this. The trouble is that a good weekly update takes real time to put together, and the week a listing gets hard is the same week you have the least of it.
So I built the thing that writes it for you. One click, every week, until the home sells. It reads your own listing data, builds the report in your name, and shows you a draft before anything goes out. You are still the one who hits send.
Every number in the summary has to match the list underneath it. If the top of the page says six homes nearby sold for an average of $432,000, your seller can add up those same six, divide by six, and land on $432,000. Every time.
That rule came from agents, not from me. A seller who catches one number that does not add up stops trusting the whole page, and they stop trusting you with it. So the math is done first, and the writing only describes what the math already said. The AI never makes up a figure.
Your name on it, not mine
There are free tools that will build a seller a nice-looking page. They pay for it by putting their own brand and their own ads all over the thing you just handed your client.
MarketPulse works the other way. You pay for it, and nothing the seller sees carries our name. Not the email, not the report, not the flyer, not the sign-in sheet. The whole point is that it looks like it came from you, because it did.
